Professor Ian Linden is a highly respected author and campaigner, focusing particularly on religion and conflict in Africa. He is an advisor to the UK Government on the role of religions in society and an associate professor at the School of Oriental and African Studies.

Ian briefed us to create invitations for the official launch of his latest book, Global Catholicism. The overall design had to be elegant, concise and deliver a certain amount of gravitas without being too solemn.

We produced several, distinctive concepts which Ian was kind enough to describe as “extraordinarily good”. Two of these concepts are shown below. The top example was the one actually used.

Should the engine be making that noise?

Advantage Driving School briefed us to redesign their identity from scratch. It needed to be instantly recognisable, clean and contemporary. We set the guidelines for their new look and produced the logo, letterhead and business cards followed by a flyer – all shown below:-

Off to a flyer

We created the website for By Hand Healing a couple of months ago (www.byhandhealing.co.uk). More recently, I provided them with a choice of flyers – some of which can be seen below.
